Job summary

Mahindra Aerostructures is seeking a seasoned Production Planning and PPC leader in Bengaluru. You will drive production planning, scheduling, material planning, and inventory control while ensuring on-time customer delivery and strict aerospace quality standards.

The role requires 10–14 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with SAP and AS 9100. You will mentor PPC staff and collaborate across functions to optimize throughput and reduce lead

Role & responsibilities :

Production Planning & Scheduling Material Planning & Inventory Control Customer Delivery & Order Management Cross-Functional Coordination Quality, Compliance & Aerospace Standards ERP / System Management Continuous Improvement & Cost Control Team Leadership & Development Identify opportunities for lead time reduction, throughput improvement, and inventory optimization. Guide and mentor PPC executives / planners Act as a functional backup to the Manager PPC when required.

Preferred candidate profile :

Good communication and analytical skill is essential
