Job summary

Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking an experienced Architect to lead showroom interior fit-out planning and drawing coordination.

You will prepare building plans, study layouts, coordinate with project execution and external consultants, review MEP drawings, and assist in material selection. The ideal candidate holds a B Arch with 8–10 years in Retail/Interior fit-out and will oversee site inspections and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• B Arch degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience in Retail/Interior fit-out.
• Experience coordinating architectural and interior working drawings.
• Ability to study MEP drawings and ensure alignment with interior layouts.
• Experience coordinating with external consultants.

• Prepare building plans for finalized showroom premises.

Job description

• Prepare building plans of the finalized showroom premises
• Responsible for co-coordinating of the architectural/interior working drawings.
• Study the interior layouts/details and co-ordinate with the project execution team
• Co-ordinate drawings from external consultants
• Ability to study MEP drawings and check the adherence of the same with the interior layouts
• Assist in selection/presentation of materials
• Make site inspections and assisting in construction supervision as and when required
• Make complete checking and compilation of construction drawings/documents
