Job summary

Ideal candidate: B Arch with 6–8 years of relevant retail experience, capable of coordinating with exterior consultants and leading material selections to ensure plans align with project goals.

Qualifications

• Prepare building plans of the finalized showroom premises.
• Coordinate architectural/interior working drawings.
• Study interior layouts/details and coordinate with the project execution team.
• Coordinate drawings from external consultants.
• Ability to study MEP drawings and check adherence to interior layouts.
• Assist in selection/presentation of materials.
• Make site inspections and assist in construction supervision as needed.
• Make complete checking and compilation of construction drawings/documents.
