Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CFO in handling FP&A and compliance functions of three entities in the Group.
• Active role in: Accounting processes and Audits; Compliance & Documentation for Corporate Laws, Taxation Laws and incentive planning; Banking & Treasury; MIS, Reporting and Financial models; Foreign Trade management; Setting up all systems, SOPs in an industrial environment; Direct, Indirect Tax and Setting up ERP system.

Role & responsibilities

Work closely with the CFO in handling the FP&A and compliance functions of three entities in the Group.

Will play an active role in:

• Accounting processes and Audits
• Compliance & Documentation for Corporate Laws, Taxation Laws and incentive planning for the company
• Banking & Treasury
• MIS, Reporting and Financial models
• Foreign Trade management
• Setting up all systems, SOPs in an industrial environment
• Direct, Indirect Tax and
• Setting up ERP system
