Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Scrutiny of monthly accounting, management reports and review with books ofaccounts
- Ensure client compliance deadlines are planned, executed and closed within theavailable time.
- Proactive in dealing with client issues. All issues must be properly studied,researched and closed within strict deadlines set
- Ensure delegation and coordination amongteams to achieve desired results
- Weekly to do meetings to be organized and discussed with the team. Feedbackprovided to the M/SM/AD/ Partner
- Responding and providing solutions on technical issues to clients and internalteams
- Ensuring systems and processes are being followed by teams
- Regularly discuss and report client issuesto the Manager or Partner
- Building and strengthening client relationships through regular meetings
- Guide, direct and motivate team members and team building
Requirements
- Should have analytical thought processes to understand and interpret legalprovisions of relevant laws.
- Should be a good communicator – both verbal and written
- Strong team player
- Should have experience of working with both Indian and foreign clients
- Should have soft skills – essential for handling people and clients
Qualification:
- Qualified CA, with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in professionalservices firm.
- Expert in accounting issues and accounting standards (including IND AS) asapplicable in India.
- Expert knowledge of tax withholding, payroll processing, direct and indirecttax compliances.
- Basic understanding of labour laws, economic laws, exchange control matters andCompanies Act 2013.
- Work experience in GST will be an added advantage.
