Job summary

Narayana Health is seeking a detail-oriented finance support professional to manage fund details and receivables. You will ensure accurate entry of donor funds in HIS and Tally and maintain precise tracking of receipts.

Responsibilities include acknowledging donor receipts, applying for funds from various trusts, and recording cheque entries while keeping receivable records current.

Qualifications

• Verbal ability to follow supervisor instructions clearly.
• Strong written and spoken communication for donor updates.
• Ability to reason, solve problems and make decisions independently.
• Capable of planning and organizing own work schedule.
• Attention to accuracy and data entry in routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Entering fund donor details from trusts and individuals into HIS & Tally with accuracy.
• Acknowledging receipt of funds to respective donors and tracking receivables.
• Submitting fund applications to trusts using patient sanction letters.
• Receiving cheques from trusts and donors and recording in HIS and Tally.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of funds received and outstanding.

Job Purpose:

To handle fund details, track receivables, donor funds .

Job Responsibilities:

• Entering the details of funds donated from the various trust and also from individual donors in HIS & Tally with 100% accuracy.
• Acknowledging the receipt of the funds received to the particular donor. Maintaining the track of receivables and received funds from various trusts.
• Applying for the various trusts in request of funds with the help of sanction letter of the patients.
• Receiving the cheque from various trusts and also from individual donors.
• Entering the cheque in HIS and Tally in the particular patient hospital ID No.

Candidate Requirements:

• Verbal Ability/Communication Skill: Ability to comprehend verbal instructions given by the supervisor or head of the department.
• To give accurate and tactful explanations to patients. Problem solving/ Decision-making
• To think independently and exercise own judgment.
• Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the Doctors and the other related departmental personnel.
• Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
• Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
