Responsibilities

• Explaining the rights and responsibilities
• Issuing and collecting feedback forms to discharge patients in the wards
• Grief counseling and death handling
• Handle the late evening OT cases
• Maintain the death register
• Analysis of the feedback forms

Job Purpose:

Attending the patients, guiding and counselling the patients and family coordinate with the relevant department and ensure the smooth flow of work.

Job Responsibilities:
