IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Customer Service revenue management team in Bengaluru. You will drive service revenue targets, oversee billing, and lead collection efforts to improve cash flow while collaborating with engineering, sales and finance to align with budget targets.

• 3–5 years of experience in service revenue management, billing or collections.
• Strong understanding of AMC, battery, retrofit, PCB and buyback business models.

• Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Leadership potential and team-management experience.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Indian tax and compliance regulations related to services.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budget allocations and forecasts for service revenue.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in customer negotiations and contract renewals related to service agreements.
