Role Overview

The Deputy Manager – Collections will be responsible for supporting collections operations, improving recovery performance, and ensuring smooth functioning of the tele‑calling/in‑house collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive collections performance and reduce delinquency across assigned portfolio
• Manage and support tele‑calling/in‑house collections team
• Monitor daily performance and ensure targets are met
• Handle escalations and high‑risk customer accounts
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback
• Analyze MIS reports and identify improvement areas
• Ensure adherence to compliance and internal processes
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for case resolution
