Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education and Instructional Design.
• 5-6 years in digital learning and content strategy, preferably at scale in skilling/EdTech.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning tools, prompt-based workflows, and scale translation of content.
• Comfort with data governance, privacy, and basic product management practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Skillfy roadmap and learning strategy.
• Oversee content design, production, and deployment for Skillfy courses.
• Collaborate with IT to improve learner experience and analytics dashboards.

The objective of the position

This profile is responsible for driving the end-to-end learning strategy, content development, and platform engagement for Skillfy, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation’s flagship digital learning platform. This role will focus on ensuring Skillfy becomes a scalable, inclusive, and impactful digital skilling ecosystem catering to youth, women, and persons with disabilities across India.

The incumbent will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (programs, technology, quality assurance, and communications) and external partners to make Skillfy the preferred platform.

Major Deliverables

1. Strategy and Leadership

• Define and execute the Skillfy roadmap
• Develop annual content plans, ensuring Skillfy supports all DRF programs (GROW, PwD, FLN, etc.) through digital learning.
• Build and lead a high-performing Skillfy team (content, design, data, and partnerships).

2. Content Development and Learning Experience

• Oversee design, production, and deployment of courses
• Standardize content creation using DRF’s L&D quality framework
• Ensure all content is available in multiple Indian languages and accessible formats (ISL, captions, voiceovers).
• Drive continuous improvement based on learner data and insights from studies

3. Platform Management and Analytics

• Collaborate with the IT team to improve user experience, learner engagement.
• Track learner journeys and key performance indicators (registrations, course completion).
• Maintain weekly and monthly data dashboards and insights for decision-making.

4. Stakeholder and Partner Management

• Collaborate with internal program teams to ensure Skillfy supports Skilling initiatives and develop multiple use cases for all the departments
• Identify and manage partnerships.
