The objective of the position
This profile is responsible for driving the end-to-end learning strategy, content development, and platform engagement for Skillfy, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation’s flagship digital learning platform. This role will focus on ensuring Skillfy becomes a scalable, inclusive, and impactful digital skilling ecosystem catering to youth, women, and persons with disabilities across India.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (programs, technology, quality assurance, and communications) and external partners to make Skillfy the preferred platform.

Comfort with data governance, privacy, and basic product management practices.
