Sterling Tools (STL) is seeking an AI & Digital Implementation Lead to identify opportunities for AI and automation, deliver practical solutions, and help teams adopt efficient AI-powered processes and workflows.

You will map and improve AI-enabled processes, coordinate projects from discovery to deployment, and guide teams with training and documentation while ensuring secure, responsible AI use.

Formación

• Good knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and practical business applications.
• Experience with digital implementation, process improvement, or automation.
• Familiarity with AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling or coordinating a team.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
