Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Gurgaon seeks a Deputy General Manager/General Manager – Internal Audit with 15+ years of experience and a Chartered Accountant qualification. You will lead group-wide audits, shape risk-based audit plans, and drive strong internal controls across functions.

Familiarity with hospitality sector audits, IT controls, data analytics, and regulatory requirements is essential. You will mentor the IA team, present findings to senior management, and maintain audit independence

Qualifications

• CA with 15+ years of audit experience.
• Experience in hotel/hospitality audits.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• CIA/CISA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide internal audits across business verticals.
• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans covering financial, operational, regulatory, and IT controls.
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Present audit findings and risk assessments to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Oversee audit follow-ups and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
• Conduct fraud investigations and review financial irregularities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and other assurance teams while maintaining audit independence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Internal Audit team.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, and technology to improve audit effectiveness.

• Knowledge of professional auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
