Job summary

Leading Listed Manufacturing Company in Gurgaon, Sector 18, invites an experienced Deputy General Manager – Accounts to lead end-to-end Record to Report processes, manage month-end closures, and ensure statutory compliance.

The role requires CA qualification with 12–20 years in R2R, strong knowledge of GL, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and hands-on SAP HANA experience, along with leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with 12–20 years post-CA experience in R2R in Indian manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Month-end Close, Financial Reporting, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end R2R processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close within SLAs.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IGAAP and internal controls.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting issues.
• Coordinate with auditors, business stakeholders, and global finance teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the R2R team while managing stakeholder expectations.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end R2R processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close within SLAs.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IGAAP and internal controls.
