Responsibilities

• Regular Monitoring and responsible for all Business Process Transformation.
• Maintain and record all business process transformation activity – Disha.
• Implementation and monitoring of all system integrated activity – Disha.
• Coordination with other departments for report preparation.
• Coordinating Business Process Transformation initiatives in TPP with Super Critical Technology.
• Ensuring and validation of all MIS reports related to Technical services.
• Short term & long term maintenance planning and monitoring.
• Involvement in Sustainability Report for External Agency like KPMG.
• Ensure spare and contract availability before overhauling and follow-up.
• Preparing and monitoring of spares procurement plan
• Support activities of IMS including audits as per schedule.
• Organizing sustenance review meeting (PMO) and tracking of all process compliances & KPI compliances.
• Responsible for preparing and monitoring IMS documentation.
• Support activities of SMS and CHETNA.
• Daily monitoring of PTW System in SAP
