Credit Saison India is seeking a Deputy Manager Culture & Engagement to join its People & Culture team in Bangalore. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, internal communication, and culture-building initiatives to create an environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
Responsibilities include designing engagement programs, leading town halls and leadership communications, recognizing milestones, and embedding company values through campaigns and events.

We are looking for a passionate culture builder to join our People & Culture team. As Deputy Manager Culture, you will be the driving force behind our employee engagement, organisational communication, culture building initiatives. This role is about creating an environment where every employee feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential and thrive.
What You'll Do
Design and execute employee engagement programs across the organisation and business verticals to enhance employee connection, motivation, and overall engagement. Drive organisational communication initiatives, including Town Halls, leadership connects, communication campaigns, and key employee announcements, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. Own employee milestone experiences, including promotions, long-service awards, and other recognition initiatives, creating memorable moments that reinforce organisational culture. Embed organisational values and culture through targeted interventions, campaigns, events, and engagement activities that bring desired behaviours to life. Enhance employee experience by identifying engagement opportunities, gathering employee feedback, and implementing initiatives that improve the overall employee journey. Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external vendors to plan, execute, and continuously improve engagement, communication, and culture-building programs across the organisation.
MBA with 46 years of HR/engagement/employee experience. Strong program management and communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change. A genuine passion for people, culture, and inclusion.
