Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations.

• Achieve targets for deposits, loans, investments, insurance and other banking products.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Supervise and guide branch staff to achieve targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor branch performance and support implementation of business strategies.
