Job summary

Oben Electric Vehicles is seeking a talented Architect to design and deliver retail store interiors, franchise outlets and showroom concepts across cities. You will create sketches, 2D layouts and 3D visuals that showcase our brand and enhance customer experience.

You will collaborate with expansion, dealer development and sales teams, translate site measurements into constructible drawings, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3DsMax, SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, V-Ray or Photoshop is an advantage.
• Understanding of retail interiors, customer flow and showroom design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop retail store layouts, showroom interiors, and franchise outlet concepts.
• Create hand sketches, conceptual drawings, 2D layouts, elevations, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Develop 3D models and realistic visualizations of retail stores, including interiors, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and product displays.
• Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
• Ensure designs align with Oben Electric's brand guidelines, retail identity, and customer experience requirements.
• Plan showroom spaces effectively, including motorcycle display areas, reception counters, customer waiting areas, and product interaction zones.
• Coordinate with the retail expansion, dealer development, and sales teams to understand site requirements and design expectations.
• Conduct or coordinate site measurements and adapt designs according to actual site conditions.
• Revise designs based on feedback, site constraints, and brand requirements.
• Manage multiple store design projects and ensure timely delivery of drawings and 3D renders
