Job summary

Amartex in India is seeking a Department Manager - Textile to lead the textile department, drive sales and margins, oversee merchandising, inventory control, and day‑to‑day operations while ensuring a great customer experience.

You will lead, train, and motivate staff; allocate targets and rosters; maintain visuals, stock levels, shrinkage control, and safety compliance; and prepare comprehensive sales and stock reports.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in textile/apparel retail.
• Experience in sales, merchandising, and inventory control.
