Reliance Retail is seeking an experienced store operations professional to manage daily floor activities, inventory control, and visual merchandising across our outlets in Karnataka.

You will conduct stock audits, implement loss prevention measures, and coordinate with the team to ensure efficient use of resources and a clean, well-organized store environment. 1–4 years in department management or retail operations is preferred.

Qualificações

• 1–4 years of experience in department management or retail operations.
• Strong skills in cycle counting, damage control, floor management, loss prevention, and store operations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals.
