Lenskart in India is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient use of resources. You will lead the sales team, coach on product knowledge and service standards, and drive the achievement of store targets.

The role includes inventory management, visual merchandising, and data-driven analysis to spot trends and opportunities for improvement. A Graduate with 4+ years in retail is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years as Store Manager in recent previous role.
• Total of minimum 4+ years in Retail.
