Job summary

Shoppers Stop in Jaipur is seeking an experienced retail professional to lead a store team and drive sales. You will set sales objectives, implement the sales plan, and ensure floor layout aligns with planograms while maintaining adequate manpower.

You will also manage visual merchandising, monitor top styles, provide Merchandiser feedback, and coach subordinates to deliver exceptional customer service and shrinkage controls.
