Role Summary
The HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst provides high-quality first-line learning administration support to Deloitte’s North-South Europe (NSE) firm. In this role, you will ensure seamless execution of training operations, manage Learning Management System (LMS) entries, process course feedback, and support talent processes in alignment with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and European Data Protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS) & Course Operations
- Class Management: Schedule, add, and update learning classes and course schedules in the Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS).
- Roster & Delegate Administration: Generate, manage, and provide accurate delegate lists to course facilitators and HR leadership.
- Material Distribution: Manage the electronic distribution of pre-work materials, training handbooks, and pre-course assignments to participants.
- Post-Course Processing: Close completed classes, process post-course feedback/evaluations, and aggregate satisfaction metrics.
Reporting, Compliance & Process Execution
- Scheduled Reporting: Execute and process recurring learning reports accurately within established timelines.
- Data Protection & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with global Data Protection legislation (e.g., UK GDPR / EU GDPR) during all HR data transactions.
- SLA/OLA Maintenance: Perform daily tasks within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- General HR Back-Office Support: Assist in additional HR and Talent Support administrative processes as assigned by leadership.
