Job summary

Agile Technology in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks a skilled DELMIA Apriso Developer with 3-14 years of hands-on experience in MES implementations, development, configuration, and enhancements. The candidate will design, develop, configure, implement, and support DELMIA Apriso solutions to meet manufacturing requirements across Production, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3-14 years of overall relevant experience with hands-on DELMIA Apriso.
• Strong experience in MES implementation and/or enhancement projects.
• Apriso development, configuration, and customization experience.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or other manufacturing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize DELMIA Apriso MES solutions.
• Participate in MES implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Understand manufacturing processes and translate requirements into Apriso solutions.
• Work across Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance processes.
• Develop and enhance Apriso applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Support integration of Apriso with ERP/SAP and shop-floor systems.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled DELMIA Apriso Developer with 3-14 years of hands-on experience in MES implementations, development, configuration, and enhancements.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting DELMIA Apriso solutions to meet manufacturing business requirements across various processes, including Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize DELMIA Apriso MES solutions based on business requirements.
• Participate in MES implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Understand manufacturing business processes and translate requirements into effective Apriso solutions.
• Work across manufacturing processes such as:
  • Production
  • Quality
  • Warehouse / Inventory
  • Maintenance
• Develop and enhance Apriso applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Support integration of Apriso with other enterprise systems such as ERP/SAP and shop-floor systems.
• Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure solutions meet required quality, performance, and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills Experience

• 3-14 years of overall relevant experience, with hands-on experience in DELMIA Apriso.
• Strong experience in MES implementation and/or enhancement projects.
• Hands-on experience with Apriso development, configuration, and customization.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
• Experience with one or more Apriso areas such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
• Experience in application integration with ERP/SAP or other manufacturing systems is preferred.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in manufacturing / industrial environments.
• Knowledge of SQL / databases.
• Experience with APIs, web services, or system integrations.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and production support.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems integrated with MES.
