Job summary

Bhuvitech Innovations in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Apriso MES Technical Consultant to design, configure, and deploy Apriso-based MES solutions. You will work on enterprise manufacturing applications and support the full lifecycle from development to production.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Apriso FlexNet, Process Builder, GPM, ADC, MI Configuration, SQL Server, .NET, and C#. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with Apriso FlexNet / DELMIA Apriso.
• Strong hands-on experience in Apriso Process Builder and Global Process Manager.
• Experience with ADC and MI Configuration.
• Proficient in SQL Server, C#, .NET, and web technologies.
• Experience in MES environments and manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Apriso FlexNet / DELMIA Apriso applications.
• Work extensively with Apriso Process Builder, GPM, ADC, and MI Configuration.
• Design and configure manufacturing workflows and shop-floor processes based on business requirements.
• Perform Apriso application deployment, environment configuration, and production support activities.
• Develop and maintain technical components using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and web technologies.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, DDL, DML, and database objects.
• Support integration between Apriso and other enterprise or manufacturing applications.
• Troubleshoot application, configuration, integration, and deployment-related issues.
• Work with manufacturing business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
• Support system performance, stability, and continuous improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and deployment-related documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Altova MapForce will be an added advantage.
• Apply manufacturing domain knowledge to support MES, production, traceability, and shop-floor operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of overall/relevant IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Apriso FlexNet / DELMIA Apriso.
• Strong experience in Apriso Process Builder and Global Process Manager (GPM).
• Hands-on exposure to ADC and MI Configuration.
• Good experience in Apriso configuration, development, deployment, and application support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, functions, DDL, and DML.
• Hands-on development experience in C# and .NET technologies.
• Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, XML, and application integrations.
• Experience working in MES / Manufacturing Execution System environments.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing domain, shop-floor processes, production tracking, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in Altova MapForce will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work from Bengaluru as per project requirements.
