ExcelR is hiring a Delivery Supervisor in Jaipur for a fixed-term contract to oversee a large-scale digital-platform rollout in the power-distribution sector across Rajasthan. The role demands 15+ years of field engineering or project delivery experience, with preference for power/infrastructure across Rajasthan.

Qualifications

• Fluent Hindi and working English; deep local networks preferred.

• Willing to travel continuously across the region; IT/tech fluency.

About The Role

We're hiring a Delivery Supervisor to be the on-ground operational backbone of a large-scale digital-platform training rollout in the power-distribution sector, across Rajasthan. This isn't a classroom role; you're the person who keeps delivery running across many locations at once: solving problems before they escalate, holding quality steady, arranging local logistics, and bridging our team with senior officers and field staff alike.

When something breaks in the field, you're the one who fixes it.

You're The Ideal Candidate If

You're a seasoned field-operations hand 15+ years on-site engineering or project delivery, most of it in power or infrastructure across Rajasthan, who's as comfortable sorting out a venue and a network dongle as talking through technical electrical work.

You're a natural firefighter: calm when things go wrong, first to respond, quick to fix. You command respect from senior officers and are equally a trusted friend to frontline field staff. You know the local ground, speak the language, and you've long since proven that deep experience beats a paper degree.

What You'll Do

• First response: float across active sites; fix venue, turnout, logistics or staffing issues on the spot, without waiting for HQ.
• Stakeholder liaison: be our credible face with senior officers, and a trusted, approachable presence for frontline staff the bridge between them.
• Local logistics: arrange venue readiness, boxed meals amp; refreshments, stationery; and delivery kit: laptops, projectors, internet dongles/connectivity; coordinate local vendors.
• Quality oversight: sample-audit assessment scoring for consistency across sites; feed ground data into the MIS.
• Technical delivery support: comfortable with the technical/electrical content and the platform; step in to back up a trainer when needed.
• Coordinate the ground team trainers, field support and local champions across the region.

What You'll Bring

• Education Diploma (ITI / Engineering) or graduate. Deep field experience is valued over a formal degree.
• Experience 15+ years in site / field engineering or project delivery, ideally in power, infrastructure or utility projects, preferably across Rajasthan.
• Local knowledge: Candidates with strong Rajasthan networks preferred; fluent Hindi and working English.
• Field credibility at both ends respected by senior officers and frontline staff alike.
• Calm under pressure: the person people call when things go wrong; digitally fluent (MS Office, mobile apps, GPS / survey tools).
• Mobile, willing to travel continuously across the region.

Preferred

Existing Rajasthan DISCOM / utility relationships; experience coordinating field teams and vendors on large, multi-site programmes.
