Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst in Mumbai with 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. You will execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support offers while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging stakeholders, while leveraging Workday Recruiting and Smart Recruiter to meet SLAs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment for defined roles, geographies and SLAs.
• Sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support to ensure timely hires.
• Experience with ATS data management and compliance across recruitment processes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct external sourcing and mine candidate pools to meet volume needs.
• Perform data mining to identify new candidate profiles and match to requisitions.
• Support candidate intake and process applications efficiently and accurately.
• Develop lists of candidates to screen and pre-qualify interest.
• Coordinate automated screening and scoring exercises to pre-select qualified candidates.
• Provide recruitment analytics and administer data for in-scope processes.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to maintain engagement through end-to-end hiring.

What would you do?

• The Talent Acquisition Recruitment professional is responsible for hands on execution of end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles business units and geographies. The role focuses on sourcing screening interview coordination and offer support to ensure timely and high quality hiring outcomes in line with defined recruitment processes and service level expectations.
• The role operates within established recruitment frameworks and supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing requisitions maintaining candidate pipelines ensuring data accuracy and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission‑critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

• Hands on execution of end to end recruitment activities including Hiring Manager and candidate engagement sourcing screening interview coordination and offer support
• Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously within defined turnaround times
• Candidate pipeline management and stakeholder coordination
• Accurate maintenance of ATS data trackers and reports
• Adherence to recruitment processes service level agreements and compliance requirements
• Exposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in the airline industry is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools. Source from existing candidate databases and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements.
• Perform data mining for additional candidates. Identify new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions.
• Support candidate intake through application or expression of interest using electronic phone or paper methods and process candidate profiles and applications.
• Develop a list of candidates to be screened. Pre qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate.
• Automated Candidate Screening Interactive Voice Response IVR
• Perform automated scoring exercises. Review IVR test results by listening to specific questions derive results based on responses and forward qualified candidate results to Staples representatives for future consideration.
• Recruitment Administration and Analytics
• Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis. Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and candidates and ensure continuous engagement throughout the end to end hiring process.
