Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Delivery Manager - IT Service Management to lead ITSM initiatives and ServiceNow-based consulting. You will drive problem definition, solution design, and stakeholder alignment, while guiding teams to deliver scalable ITSM platforms.

You’ll ensure service levels, optimize ITIL processes, and monitor KPIs, staying current with industry trends and governance standards in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degrees in commerce/economics/finance or MBA/analytics.
• Experience in ITSM, ServiceNow, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for ServiceNow-based ITSM initiatives and pre-sales engagements.
• Define problems, constraints, goals, budgets and timelines with stakeholders.
• Architect ITSM solutions including incident, problem, change, catalog, CMDB.
• Coach and advise other leads and developers; monitor performance and KPIs.
