Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications aligned with business needs. You will configure workflows, forms, reports, and integrations while providing expert troubleshooting for the platform.

Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment within Genpact’s AI-driven ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, CS or IT or equivalent
• Software engineering/master’s degree preferred
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge and ITIL awareness required

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
