Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead for Enterprise Applications focused on ServiceNow.

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements. You will perform configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow components while ensuring best practices and staying current with releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT; Masters in Software Engineering preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT service management practices

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
