Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT industry; 7+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Portfolio Management roles
• Proven track record delivering large-scale fixed bid programs and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and globally distributed delivery teams
• Strong background in enterprise software delivery, cloud transformation, platform modernization, and digital initiatives
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships, contractual commitments, and delivery profitability
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, platform modernization initiatives, and large-scale fixed bid engagements.
• Lead digital transformation roadmaps focused on cloud adoption, automation, AI-enabled operations, and platform engineering.
• Translate customer objectives into executable plans, measurable outcomes, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure delivery predictability, business value realization, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary delivery leader responsible for program success.
• Manage complex fixed bid programs with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, cost, and contractual commitments.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive proactive risk, dependency, and change management practices.
• Maintain compliance with organizational quality, security, and governance standards.
• Portfolio & People Leadership: Manage multiple concurrent programs within an account or industry vertical; mentor delivery managers and cultivate a high-performance culture.

This role is accountable for delivery excellence, commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes across a portfolio of transformation programs. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in program delivery, digital transformation, fixed bid project management, customer engagement, financial governance, and operational excellence. The role requires experience managing multi-million-dollar engagements, distributed global teams, and enterprise-scale platform implementations.

Preferred Domain Expertise Telecom Operations, AIOps, Network Operations Healthcare & HealthTech Platforms Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI).

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, platform modernization initiatives, and large-scale fixed bid engagements. Lead digital transformation roadmaps focused on cloud adoption, automation, AI-enabled operations, and platform engineering. Translate customer objectives into executable plans, measurable outcomes, and delivery milestones. Ensure delivery predictability, business value realization, and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary delivery leader responsible for program success.

Program Delivery & Governance Manage complex fixed bid programs with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, cost, and contractual commitments. Establish delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. Drive proactive risk, dependency, and change management practices. Ensure successful execution of modernization, migration, implementation, and transformation initiatives. Maintain compliance with organizational quality, security, and governance standards.

Financial & Commercial Management Own P&L responsibilities for assigned programs and portfolios. Manage revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, forecasting, and cost optimization. Lead estimation reviews, effort planning, pricing governance, and commercial reviews. Govern scope changes and contractual commitments to protect project profitability. Provide accurate financial forecasts and performance reporting.

Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and business stakeholders. Lead steering committees, governance reviews, and executive reporting sessions. Communicate program status, business outcomes, risks, and financial performance. Proactively manage escalations and drive timely issue resolution. Identify opportunities for account growth and additional transformation initiatives.

Portfolio & People Leadership Manage multiple concurrent programs within an account or industry vertical. Align delivery execution with strategic business objectives and customer priorities. Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineering leaders, project managers, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business analysts. Drive collaboration across onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams. Mentor delivery managers and cultivate a high-performance, outcome-focused culture.

Strong background in enterprise software delivery, cloud transformation, platform modernization, and digital initiatives. Experience managing executive-level customer relationships, contractual commitments, and delivery profitability. Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies.
