We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – GCP Cloud to lead large-scale cloud transformation, migration, and modernization programs, driving end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams while managing senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful business outcomes.
9 to 14 years of experience in IT delivery, including 5+ years leading large cloud transformation, application modernization, infrastructure, or migration programmes, along with experience managing multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, and program execution using Agile & Hybrid methodologies Knowledge of GCP resource hierarchy (organizations, folders, projects), IAM, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud DNS, Cloud Logging/Monitoring, Cloud KMS, and backup/DR concepts Familiarity with migration strategy patterns such as rehost, replatform, and refactor Ability to govern identity, network segmentation, key management, logging, vulnerability remediation, backup/DR, business continuity, and regulatory requirements Expertise in RAID management, financial governance, change control, and executive reporting Working knowledge of project tracking systems (Jira/Confluence/ADO/Project) and usage of Gen AI tools for Delivery Management Understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containers/Kubernetes (GKE), APIs, integration patterns, and SRE/observability fundamentals Ability to facilitate architecture reviews and explain technical trade-offs, costs, risks, and migration decisions to business and engineering audiences
