Job summary

• 6+ years experience as Senior Functional Consultant (ERPNext/Frappe), Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience delivering ERP implementation projects, preferably ERPNext.
• Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Projects.
• Experience coordinating with developers, QA, DevOps, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong functional background in ERPNext/Frappe to lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP implementations and custom development projects. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience as a Senior Functional Consultant, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager, with proven expertise in managing client engagements, leading cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, resource planning, change management, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and senior leadership.

Professional Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Functional Consultant (ERPNext/Frappe), Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience delivering ERP implementation projects, preferably ERPNext.
• Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional certifications in Project Management are an added advantage
