Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and street smart Team Lead - erpnext for its Gurgaon location.

The ideal candidate must have development and functional experience into erpnext. Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills for client and project management.

Years of experience: Minimum 5 years

As an Erpnext lead developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the ERPNext system for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and implementing ERPNext modules, customizations, and integrations to meet organizational needs. You will also provide technical support and training to end-users as required.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop ERPNext modules, customizations, and integrations based on the business requirements.
Customize and configure existing ERPNext functionalities to align with organizational processes.
Perform ERPNext system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability.
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or bugs in the ERPNext system, providing timely resolutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and development specifications.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ERPNext system.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance and optimize ERPNext performance and functionality.
Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features, modules, and technologies to recommend system improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and concepts.

Proficiency in ERPNext development, including customization, configuration, and integration.

Experience with database management systems, preferably Frappe-based Web and Mobile App development, MariaDB or MySQL.

OOP concepts and Full-stack Development

Hands-on experience with hosting web applications on Apache or NGINX

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
