Job Description

As a Senior Integration Delivery Manager (T2), you will be a pivotal leader within our Global Integration Hub. You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, managing the delivery of the integration solutions that connect our global supply chains, manufacturing plants, brand operations, and retail partners.

The Five Principles in Action for This Role

· Quality: You will ensure that all integration workstreams delivered by internal squads and external partners meet our uncompromising standards of excellence. By implementing strict governance, testing standards, and validation protocols, you will safeguard the integrity of our digital ecosystem.

· Responsibility: You will take full ownership of the US integration pipeline, budgets, and project timelines. You will manage delivery risks proactively and act as the ultimate regional escalation point, resolving issues with decisiveness and accountability.

· Mutuality: You will manage complex, multi‑party delivery ecosystems (including internal Segment teams, external Integration Design Partners, and Integration Build Partners) under a "win‑win" philosophy, ensuring that all parties are aligned, supported, and working towards shared success.

· Efficiency: You will optimize project resources, streamline cross‑charging processes across business segments, and eliminate delivery bottlenecks. By leveraging Agile methodologies, you will ensure our integration investments yield maximum business value with minimal waste.

· Freedom: You will have the trust and autonomy to shape delivery frameworks, steer segment engagement strategies, and empower your cross‑functional project teams to innovate, adapt, and deliver at speed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project, Program & Timeline Management

Timeline Execution: Define, track, and manage complex, end-to-end integration delivery timelines for regional and global digital initiatives, ensuring critical milestones are met.

Agile Governance: Lead agile execution across squads using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate cross-project and cross-squad technical dependencies. Ensure potential timeline slip risks are addressed before impact occurs.

Scope Control: Rigorously manage integration project scope, ensuring any changes are clearly documented, evaluated for timeline/cost impact, and formally approved through established Change Request channels.

2. Segment & Stakeholder Management

Segment Partnership: Act as the primary Integration Hub liaison to regional business segments (such as Snacking, Food, and Petcare), aligning the integration pipeline with specific segment priorities and commercial goals.

Domain Alignment: Drive integration delivery in close alignment with core CPG/FMCG business cycles and processes, including Commercial Promotion Management (CPM), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain Logistics (WMS, POS).

Demand Pipeline Ownership: Oversee the regional demand intake process from initial request through analysis, prioritization, scoping, and final deployment.

Proactive Visibility: Maintain clear, transparent communication channels with business partners and digital leadership. Deliver regular, data-driven status updates on commitments, targets, and execution velocity.

3. Vendor, Resource & Financial Management

Partner Collaboration: Lead and govern a multi-vendor delivery model. Provide unified management and strict oversight of the selected Integration Design Partner and Integration Build Partner.

Resource Optimization: Monitor vendor resource allocations, skills mix, and delivery performance. Ensure external squads are staffed to meet technical demands and scaling requirements.

Cross-Charge Administration: Oversee the financial management of integration deliveries. Include tracking project budgets, estimating efforts, managing statement of works (SOWs), and executing financial cross-charges/chargebacks to participating business segments.

SLA & Assurance: Provide assurance to the Global Integration Director. Ensure external partners are delivering to agreed-upon service levels, cost parameters, and architectural standards.

4. Technical Coordination & Scope Assurance

Broad Architecture Alignment: Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to our technical blueprints across key integration platforms:

  • MuleSoft & Azure IS: Hybrid-cloud APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid workflows.

  • Solace PubSub+: Event mesh networks and high-throughput real-time messaging.

  • SAP BTP Integration Suite: Core ERP (S/4HANA) integrations.

  • OpenText & BizTalk / EDI: Secure, automated B2B communications with retail partners (EDIFACT, ANSI X12).

  • Azure Data Factory (ADF): Mass data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

Troubleshooting Escalation: Work with technical leads and architects to rapidly resolve blocking environment, connectivity, or data-mapping issues affecting delivery paths.
