Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Manager for Data and Analytics to lead enterprise Workfront architecture, administration, and automation initiatives.

This role focuses on scalable platform design, integration with CRM/ERP, and governance to drive data-driven decision making across projects. You will partner with business and IT to deliver automation, optimize workflows, and enable reporting through executive dashboards and KPI tracking.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Strategy Define and maintain the enterprise Workfront roadmap aligned with business and operational objectives. Design scalable Workfront architectures that support project management, resource management, intake, demand management, and portfolio governance. Establish platform standards, best practices, naming conventions, and governance frameworks. Evaluate and recommend new Workfront capabilities, features, and platform enhancements. Develop long-term strategies for workflow automation, integration, and digital transformation.

Workfront Administration & Configuration Serve as the senior platform expert for Adobe Workfront administration. Configure and maintain: Request queues Custom forms Project templates Portfolios and programs Dashboards and reports Resource management settings User permissions and access models Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements are met. Lead platform upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities.

Workfront Fusion Automation Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations. Automate workflows across Adobe and third-party platforms. Develop sophisticated automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data quality. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and exception-handling processes for automation scenarios. Optimize existing Fusion solutions to improve performance and reliability. Create reusable automation frameworks and templates.

Integration Architecture Lead integration strategy between Workfront and enterprise platforms including: CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) Marketing automation platforms DAM platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore) ERP and finance systems Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) Data and analytics platforms Define API requirements and integration patterns. Collaborate with IT teams and developers to implement secure, scalable integrations. Ensure data integrity and consistency across connected systems.

Business Process Optimization Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation and simplification. Lead process-mapping workshops and future-state design sessions. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Eliminate operational bottlenecks through workflow optimization. Establish measurable operational improvements and success metrics.

Reporting & Analytics Design executive dashboards and operational reporting frameworks. Develop KPI tracking for: Project delivery Capacity management Resource utilization SLA adherence Workflow efficiency Automation savings Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on platform data.

Governance & Compliance Establish platform governance models and operating procedures. Manage change control processes and configuration standards. Develop documentation standards and solution design artifacts. Ensure compliance with organizational security and audit requirements. Conduct regular platform health assessments and risk reviews.

Stakeholder Management & Consulting Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and project stakeholders. Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions. Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build business cases for platform investments and enhancements. Facilitate prioritization and roadmap planning discussions.

Change Management & Adoption Lead user adoption and platform enablement initiatives. Develop training materials and user guides. Coach administrators, power users, and business teams. Drive continuous improvement programs to increase platform maturity. Promote best practices and operational excellence across the organization.

Leadership & Mentorship Mentor junior administrators, consultants, and analysts. Provide architectural guidance on complex initiatives. Establish implementation standards and quality assurance practices. Serve as an escalation point for complex platform and integration issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant years of Workfront administration, consulting, or solution architecture experience.
• Relevant years of Workfront Fusion design and development experience.
• Adobe Certified Workfront Administrator certification.
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise Workfront solutions.
• Strong knowledge of workflow design, process automation, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront Fusion certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in marketing operations, PMO, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Experience integrating Workfront with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Marketo, Microsoft 365, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and change management methodologies.
• Experience within highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
