Job summary

QualityKiosk is seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to steer multi-client QA programs, focusing on end-to-end testing, governance, and cost controls. You will champion automation-first testing strategies while guiding teams across API, mobile, and data management domains.

You will mentor high-performing QA and Quality Engineering teams, drive AI-enabled testing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software testing engagements for banking clients.
• Expertise in QA delivery governance, project health, and risk management.
• Strong adoption of automation-first testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software testing and QA engagements across multiple banking clients.
• Manage projects under various commercial models (T&M, Professional Services, Managed Services, Fixed Price).
• Oversee testing resource planning, scheduling, and quality outcomes for client projects.
• Kickstart new programs/projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Own delivery governance, project health, risk escalation, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, automation, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, utilization targets, and gross margin objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing, invoicing, and resource planning.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Software Testing and Quality Engineering engagements across multiple banking clients.
• Manage projects executed under T&M, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Fixed Price commercial models.
• Managed the testing and QA resource needs fulfilment for client project needs as per schedule and the quality
• Kickstart new programs/projects for existing and new clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with agreed quality standards.
• Own delivery governance, project health, risk management, escalation management, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, automation, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to delivery KPIs, SLAs, utilization targets, and gross margin objectives.
• Monitoring Revenue Leakage and GM improvement.
• Working with Finance on billing and invoicing issues, Resource planning, coordinating with RMG & TA.

Quality Engineering Leadership

• Provide technical leadership across functional and non-functional testing initiatives.
• Drive adoption of automation-first testing strategies.
• Contributing on Marketing & white papers.
• Promote shift-left testing and Quality Engineering practices.
• Ability to guide teams on:
  • Test Automation
  • API Testing
  • Mobile Testing
  • Test Data Management
  • CI/CD Quality Gates
  • DevOps-enabled Testing
  • Agile Testing practices

AI in Quality Engineering

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies impacting Software Testing.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered testing accelerators and tools.
• Identify practical use cases of Generative AI across diverse areas withing testing life cycle
• Enable teams to leverage AI responsibly for improving delivery efficiency and quality.

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing QA and Quality Engineering teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and succession planning.
