Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects or programs.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Ensure that team members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope and requirements.
Ensure that project scope is well-defined, understood, and agreed upon by all parties.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
Monitor and adjust resource allocations as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and standards.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial goals are met.

Understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations, making sound decisions based on available information.
