Job summary

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Program and Project Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple complex programs for a banking client in India. The role focuses on core banking, digital banking, cloud and digital transformation initiatives, payments, and regulatory compliance.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget, while upholding the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex programs and projects for the banking client across various areas such as core banking systems, digital banking, cloud transformation, digital transformation, payments, and regulatory compliance.
• Project Execution: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues and take corrective actions to keep projects on track and mitigate any potential roadblocks.
