Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to manage recruitment delivery, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm, excellent team management skills, and a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.

This role involves managing day-to-day recruitment operations, distributing requirements among recruiters, monitoring performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Delivery:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and hiring requirements.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Monitor the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to interview and offer closure.
  • Drive recruitment closures while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
  • Handle high-volume and niche hiring requirements as required.
• Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment consultants.
  • Allocate requirements to team members based on skills, experience, and workload.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Track individual and team performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sourcing, interview, and closure targets.
• Client Management:
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with key clients.
  • Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, and closures.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Understand market availability, salary trends, and candidate expectations to support client hiring.
• Recruitment Operations:
  • Maintain and review recruitment dashboards, trackers
  • Monitor metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, TAT, and closures.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure proper usage and updating of ATS and recruitment databases.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Monthly and quarterly recruitment closures
  • Team productivity and target achievement
  • Submission-to-interview ratio
  • Interview-to-selection ratio

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in agency recruitment, staffing, or recruitment consultancy.
• Mandatory prior experience managing a team of recruiters & Delivery.

• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
