Pagaar India is seeking a Delivery & Logistics Operations Coordinator in Delhi to manage daily dispatch tracking, monitor fleet performance, and optimize distribution routes for efficient last-mile delivery. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hub operations, e-commerce dispatch or fleet management.
• Deep geographical awareness of routes across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound shipment logs with accurate dispatch and arrival times.
• Supervise delivery riders and external partners to maintain zero-delay last-mile delivery operations.
• Optimize route planning using live tracking to reduce fuel costs and turnaround times.
• Resolve field bottlenecks and address delivery escalations, damaged or returned goods handling.
