Job summary

Gratitude India is seeking a Global Payroll Delivery Lead with 14–18 years of experience to steer multi-country payroll operations. The role requires hands-on expertise with ADP GlobalView and Celegro, strong payroll compliance, and a track record of leading large teams.

You will oversee implementation and transition projects, manage SLAs, and coordinate with global stakeholders across US, UK and the Middle East to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• 14–18 years global payroll experience across multi-country operations
• ADP GlobalView & Celegro experience required
• Strong US/UK/Middle East payroll exposure
• Team management experience
• Payroll compliance knowledge essential
• SLA management and transitions experience would be a plus
