• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capabilities, productivity, and service delivery.

The GCC Lead is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the Global Capability Center (GCC). They will be accountable for driving the growth, continuous improvement, and long-term success of the GCC. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to align the GCC's activities with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
