Job summary

Mobolutions is seeking a Delivery Head to oversee SAP delivery for our India operations, leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs across industries and geographies. You will be a trusted, hands-on leader driving execution excellence and building a scalable delivery organization in India to serve North American and global clients.

This role requires strong governance, quality, and compliance focus, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, and cross-module

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP consulting/delivery, with 7–10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BRIM, and cross-module integration.
• Proven track record managing large, global teams and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP delivery for S/4HANA, BRIM, and cross-module programs with scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
• Define and enforce delivery methodologies, governance, and audit readiness.
• Own program governance including risk, issue, and change management processes.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key clients, engaging with CxOs and senior stakeholders.
• Build long-term client relationships in North America and globally; identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a large delivery workforce (100+ consultants); hire and retain SAP talent.
• Create a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Guide India delivery operations and align with global objectives; drive automation and cost optimization.
• Shape delivery strategy with global leadership; support pre-sales and solutioning; stay ahead of SAP trends.

Job Summary

The Delivery Head will oversee all aspects of SAP delivery for our India operations, leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple industries and geographies. This role requires a trusted, hands-on leader with proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar engagements, build high-performing teams, and serve as a strategic partner to both global leadership and clients.

The individual will be responsible not just for execution excellence but also for building a trusted, scalable delivery organization in India that can meet the evolving needs of North American and global clients. An eye for quality, governance, and compliance is critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Governance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, and cross-module programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments are met.
• Establish and enforce delivery methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes that drive 100% compliance and audit-readiness.
• Define KPIs and delivery scorecards to measure and continuously improve program outcomes.
• Own program governance including risk, issue, and change management processes.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the executive sponsor and escalation point for key clients, engaging directly with CxOs and senior stakeholders.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients in North America and globally.
• Partner with account and sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing clients.

Leadership & People Development

• Lead and inspire a large delivery workforce (100+ consultants) across functional, technical, and program management tracks.
• Hire, develop, and retain top SAP talent; build succession and competency plans.
• Create a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the senior-most leader in India, providing guidance and alignment to the global leadership team.

Operational Excellence & India Leadership

• Oversee India delivery operations, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives.
• Drive efficiency through automation, accelerators, and process improvements.
• Manage delivery budgets, resource forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth functioning of the India office.

Strategic Contributions

• Work closely with the global leadership team to shape delivery strategy and operating models.
• Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and solutioning activities with the sales team.
• Stay ahead of SAP and industry trends, bringing innovation and best practices into delivery.
• Represent Mobolutions at industry forums, SAP events, and client executive briefings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 15+ years in SAP consulting/delivery with at least 710 years in senior leadership roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BRIM, and cross-module integration.
• Leadership: Proven track record managing large global teams (100+ people), P&L ownership, and delivering complex multi-country programs.
• Client-Facing: Strong executive presence; ability to build relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Operational: Expertise in governance, financial management, and delivery models (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, ITIL, SAP certifications.
• Geography Experience: Direct experience working with North American clients is a must.
