Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Key responsibilities include providing advanced technical case reviews, performing root cause analysis, identifying and mitigating product defects, and coordinating with Software Engineering teams to prioritize and resolve code-level issues.
• You will be expected to navigate complex distributed systems, troubleshoot across multiple technology stacks, and drive end-to-end incident resolution while maintaining a strong focus on customer impact.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Typically, 10+ years’ experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• A deep understanding of one or more of the following areas of networking PTX, MX, ACX and QFX Product Platforms Experience with data center networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies such as VXLAN, MPLS and SR-MPLS or SRv6
• Familiarity with data center interconnect (DCI) technologies, including EVPN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review customer environments and identify issues quickly.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customers.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and expand technical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with engineers and stakeholders at all levels.
