Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced telecom deployment engineer to lead 4G/5G deployments for US clients from Bengaluru. You will coordinate installations during NAM hours, configure LTE/5G networks, provision SIMs, and manage private wireless deployments using Nokia radios and cloud infrastructure.

The role requires deep expertise in EPC, eNB/gNB, Kubernetes, Linux, and virtualization, with a focus on reliable, scalable network solutions and strong collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 Years of experience with Engineering degree in Telecom, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 4G/5G deployments for US customers, ensuring timely and successful installations during NAM time Zone.
• Configure and optimize LTE/5G networks, including EPC and eNB/gNB components.
• Provision SIM cards and manage IP networking for seamless connectivity.
• Work with Nokia Radios, AirFrame, and cloud infrastructure for private wireless deployments.
• Utilize Kubernetes, Linux, and virtualization technologies for efficient network management.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop network solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
• Document and maintain accurate records of deployment activities and configurations.

Requirements

• 8-10 Years of experience with Engineering degree in Telecom, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of LTE/5G networks, EPC, eNB/gNB, and SIM provisioning.
• Experience with Nokia Radios, AirFrame, or private wireless deployments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Linux, MXIE, and virtualization technologies.Customer-facing deployment or integration experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and automation frameworks is an advantage.
