Job summary

You will interact with customers and site staff professionally, obtain signatures, and report any issues to the supervisor. Basic warehouse support may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills required for client interactions.
• Experience with material-handling equipment is beneficial for safe loading/unloading.
• Willingness to participate in training and follow company procedures.
• Basic awareness of Sales and Food & Beverage operations is helpful for deliveries to commercial/hospitality clients.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; familiarity with Bengaluru routes.
• Understanding of road safety rules and ability to follow policies.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Delivery Driver role at NKS FREIGHTHUB PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating Own vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver goods to designated locations, following scheduled routes and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading packages, verifying delivery documents, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and complying with traffic and safety regulations. The role also involves interacting with customers and site staff in a professional manner, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery, and reporting any issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor. The Delivery Driver may support basic warehouse tasks when required, such as organising shipments and assisting with inventory checks.
