Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, IT services, or delivery leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex programs across Digital Experience, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, or related digital transformation areas.
• Strong track record of managing multiple enterprise accounts, programs, and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience partnering with CXO, VP, and senior business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and strategic programs across Digital Experience, Data & AI, and Digital Commerce.
• Own delivery performance across timelines, quality, budget, margins, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted delivery and transformation partner.
• Provide executive oversight across multiple accounts and programs, ensuring governance, transparency, and predictable outcomes.
• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, escalations, and critical issues across programs.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management on solutioning, proposals, estimations, new opportunities, and account expansion.
• Build, mentor, and lead delivery teams across India, US, and Europe, focusing on leadership development and talent growth.
• Drive delivery excellence through standardized processes, best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and scale delivery capabilities aligned with emerging technologies and market trends across Digital Experience, Data & AI, and Digital Commerce.
• Contribute to Altudo’s growth by strengthening delivery excellence, improving efficiency, and building long-term client partnerships.

We are looking Director - Delivery is a key leader responsible for aligning the delivery organization to the sales process and then ensuring Altudo’s ability to deliver throughout the entire implementation life cycle of various engagements.

The Director - Delivery will work closely with business stakeholders to meet the company’s business goals and targets. The individual will manage efforts to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets as well as manage internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability.

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, IT services, or delivery leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex programs across Digital Experience, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, or related digital transformation areas.
• Strong track record of managing multiple enterprise accounts, programs, and geographically distributed teams.
• Experienced in managing relationships with CXO, VP, and senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of delivery economics, including revenue, margins, utilization, forecasting, and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing delivery organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology strategy and delivery with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Account Management teams to support business growth, account expansion, and new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
