About the Role

We are looking for sharp, organized, and client‑focused Delivery Managers to own the end‑to‑end delivery of Ambilio's engagements. This includes capability development programs, AI tools, and other client deliverables — ensuring they are delivered on time, to scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is an individual contributor role where you are the single point of accountability for your projects. You will work closely with internal teams — content, technology, design, and consulting — as well as directly with clients to ensure smooth, seamless execution.

What You'll Do

Client Delivery & Project Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client engagements — capability programs, AI tools, learning interventions, and advisory deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through the delivery lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones — and hold all stakeholders accountable to them
• Proactively identify risks, flag issues early, and drive resolutions before they escalate

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams including content developers, instructional designers, technology teams, and consultants to ensure deliverables are produced on time and to spec
• Run structured review cycles, feedback loops, and quality checks across all deliverables before client handover
• Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, and change requests throughout the engagement

Client Relationship Management

• Conduct regular project reviews and check‑ins with clients — both operational and strategic
• Understand client context deeply enough to anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and flag opportunities
• Gather post‑delivery feedback and drive continuous improvement into future engagements

Process & Quality

• Contribute to building and refining Ambilio's delivery frameworks, templates, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure consistency and quality across all client touchpoints and deliverable formats
• Track and report on delivery metrics — timeliness, quality scores, client satisfaction, and budget adherence

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must‑Have Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or client engagement roles
• Experience delivering learning & development programs, training solutions, or capability‑building engagements for corporate clients
• Strong understanding of project management principles — scoping, planning, execution, and closure
• Hands‑on experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI, EdTech, or consulting delivery environments
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, JIRA, or similar project management platforms
• Experience working in a startup or boutique firm where you had to figure things out as you went
