Job summary

Salad Days in Mumbai is hiring Delivery Executives to support kitchen dispatch and last-mile delivery. You will ensure food quality and brand experience at customers' doorsteps, with flexible shifts including break shifts. One meal is provided per shift; two meals for break shifts.

Candidates must own a two-wheeler with a valid license, be punctual, neat, and customer-friendly, and willing to work across operating hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM. Prior delivery or dispatch experience is a plus.

Delivery Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for disciplined, hygienic, and presentable Delivery Executives to support both kitchen operations (packing & dispatch) and last-mile delivery. You will play a critical role in maintaining food quality and brand experience at the customer’s doorstep. The ideal candidate is clean, punctual, customer-friendly, and open to working in flexible shift formats, including break shifts. One meal (Rice + Indian Curry) is provided per shift. Employees working in break shifts will receive 2 meals.

Working Shift Hours

Candidate must be open to working in break shifts, which run in 2 parts:

Morning: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM || Evening: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Regular Shift Duration

10 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Order packaging and dispatching
• Co-ordination with food aggregator’s delivery partners for smooth dispatch
• Deliver orders directly to customers using your two-wheeler.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery using local route knowledge.
• Maintain strict hygiene: clean-shaven, no beard, trimmed nails, clean uniform.
• Follow company standards for food safety and cleanliness.
• Be polite and professional during deliveries, representing the brand positively at every touchpoint.

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Familiarity with local delivery areas and routes and open to working in break shifts as per need.
• Physically fit, punctual, and dependable with clean-shaven and well-groomed appearance required.
• Prior experience in food delivery or kitchen dispatch is a plus.
