Responsibilities

• Ensure deburring and degreasing processes run smoothly and at capacity.
• Monitor production with respect to plan vs actual.
• Track yield and production losses related to tool/component delays.
• Perform daily machine/equipment checks before production.

Job description

• Manage to set up fixtures, and tooling, operate and maintain deburring and degreasing machinery/workstation, and also production with High Quality.
• Responsible for ensuring the deburring and degreasing machine/work station produces high-quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.

• Daily check the machine/equipement before the production begins.
• Check all the workstations comply to the standards of 5S.
• Check any deviations from the work instructions and practices used in workshops.
• Report the deviation and inform to production supervisor immediately.
• Monitor and control the machine/equipement performance and settings.
• Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
• Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.
• Keep an updated database on all of the machine/equipement information, defective units and final products.
• Maintain a log of the activity.
• Regularly submit performance reports.
• Support in other activities as per specified by supervisor
